This place does a great job making the car buying experience all about you and your needs. Alex was a phenomenal individual who took my concerns to heart and worked with me on what I feel was a fair price for a great car. We test drove four vehicles, there was no pressure to buy, and we stayed there for 6 hours. I have not had a better car buying experience and will for sure be returning for my next vehicle.

Then finally found Big O. Great people to work with. No hassle test drives of the cars, allowed me to take both to our mechanic to check, and then got a great price on both. These guys are great! Car buying is such a pain and every time I've ever gone it's had my stomach in knots knowing that the fast talking money hungry car salesmen will probably talk me into something way too expensive that I didn't even need! The guys at Big O Auto are nothing like that. The shop is small and so you get great personal attention, they definitely know their stuff and will bend over backwards to make sure you know you're making the right choice in a car!
